One thing about Honolulu is that there is never a shortage of construction jobs. There is always a pothole that needs filling, a street repaving, sewers rerouting, electrical rewiring, and buildings in renovation. Case in point: Merchant Street, where this captured view is just one of many hundreds of orange-striped horses used to redirect drivers and pedestrians.
